degree in Commerce (Hons) and is a qualified Company Secretary with over 13 years of
experience in secretarial and compliance functions. Since joining the Company in 2021,
she has played a pivotal role in key projects such as bonus issues, buybacks, mergers,
and acquisitions, contributing significantly to the Company’s strategic objectives. Prior
to this, she was associated with Jubilant FoodWorks Limited and BLB Limited, where she
gained valuable experience in corporate governance and compliance. |
