Elizabeth Lucy Chapman, aged 40 years, is an Independent Director of our Company.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Edinburgh University, United Kingdom
and is a chartered financial analyst. She has experience in the field of adoption
of digital technology in financial services. She has previously worked with DBS
Bank Limited, Goldman Sachs International, The Welcome Trust Limited and Nahar Credits
Private Limited. She has been a Director on our Board since January 27, 2015.
